These Terms apply to all coaching, consulting, training, workshop, retreat, and digital services offered on this website.

3. Nature of Services

Services include:

- Individual and group coaching (life & business)
- Psychological consulting (not psychotherapy)
- Workshops, trainings, retreats
- Digital products (PDFs, videos, online courses)
- Newsletter service

The services offered are for personal development, prevention, and guidance. They do not constitute medical treatment and do not replace medical or psychotherapeutic therapy.

4. Contract Formation

A contract is formed when:

- A session is booked
- A digital product is purchased
- A workshop or training is booked
- Confirmation is sent via email

5. Prices and Payment

All prices are final according to § 19 UStG (small business regulation).
Payments are processed securely via Stripe.

6. Digital Products

Digital products are available immediately after payment.
The right of withdrawal expires once the download begins.

7. Coaching Sessions

Sessions may be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance.
Late cancellations or no‑shows are fully charged.

8. Liability

Coaching and consulting do not replace therapy.
No liability is assumed for technical issues or third‑party failures.

9. Copyright

All content (texts, videos, PDFs) is protected by copyright.
Sharing or reproduction is prohibited.

10. Right of Withdrawal

Coaching sessions follow EU withdrawal rules.
Digital products lose the right of withdrawal once accessed.

11. Data Protection

Personal data is processed according to the Privacy Policy.

12. Jurisdiction

German law applies.
Place of jurisdiction: Bautzen, Germany.
